Adler Lighting Sales represents a curated collection of 14 high-end lighting manufacturers, and we are looking for a driven professional to grow our showroom partnerships and specification business in our territory.
Position Overview
This role is equally focused on two primary areas: servicing and growing our lighting showroom accounts and expanding our reach within the hospitality sector.
On the lighting showroom side, you will:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with established showroom partners
- Drive sales through product education, in-store trainings, merchandising support, and consistent follow-up.
- Introduce new product launches and ensure showroom teams are confident in presenting our lines.
- Identify opportunities for expanded floor placement and deeper brand penetration.
On the hospitality side, you will:
- Develop and grow relationships with commercial architectural firms and hospitality design firms.
- Call on electrical distributors to drive specification and project opportunities.
- Identify and track projects in hospitality, senior living, multi-family construction, restaurants, casinos, and large-scale developments.
- Support projects from early design concept through specification, value engineering, and installation.
- Deliver product presentations and CEU courses to architects and designers.
As an Independent Sales Representative, you will:
- Maintain and grow a strong base of showroom accounts.
- Actively prospect new showroom and contract opportunities.
- Build trust with architects, designers, distributors, and showroom principals.
- Track and manage a pipeline of active projects across multiple verticals.
- Collaborate with manufacturer partners to support large-scale opportunities.
- Represent Adler Lighting Sales at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

- Exceptional Presentation Skills - You confidently lead product trainings in showrooms and deliver professional presentations to design firms.
- Strategic & Organized - You can manage travel, follow-ups, merchandising efforts, and long-term project tracking simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset - You treat the territory as your own business and proactively look for growth opportunities.
- Resilient & Persistent - You understand that hospitality and contract sales require consistency, follow-through, and patience.
- Tech-Savvy - Proficient with CRM systems, project tracking tools, Microsoft Office, and virtual presentation platforms.
- Willing to Travel - Regular in-person meetings across Georgia and portions of Tennessee, including occasional overnight travel.
- Industry Experience Preferred - Background in lighting, electrical distribution, architecture, interior design, construction, or related fields is strongly preferred.
