Westside Tile & Stone is looking for a motivated Inside / Outside Sales & Territory Manager to join our Beverly Hills showroom team.
This is a full-time position based out of our Beverly Hills showroom, focused on developing relationships throughout the Los Angeles design and construction community. The ideal candidate will work with interior designers, architects, contractors, builders, project managers, and high-end residential clients.
This role is a mix of showroom sales, project support, client follow-up, and outside business development. You will be expected to represent Westside Tile & Stone professionally both inside the showroom and out in the field, helping grow our presence with trade clients and new accounts.
We are looking for someone who loves design, understands the value of strong relationships, and is excited by the process of helping clients select tile, natural stone, mosaics, slabs, and hard-surface materials for beautiful residential and commercial projects.
The right person should be comfortable walking into design firms, contractor offices, job sites, and trade meetings to introduce our company, present our products, and create new business opportunities. This position requires follow-through, organization, confidence, and the ability to balance design service with sales performance.
Westside Tile & Stone is a family-owned tile and stone showroom with a long-standing reputation in the Los Angeles market. Our Beverly Hills showroom serves designers, architects, contractors, builders, developers, and homeowners working on high-end projects throughout the area.
We specialize in curated tile, natural stone, porcelain slabs, mosaics, exterior materials, installation products, and custom/special-order collections. Our goal is not simply to sell material, but to help clients find the right product for the right design, budget, application, and timeline.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of related sales experience, preferably in interior design, construction, tile, stone, flooring, plumbing, lighting, luxury building materials, or another trade-focused showroom environment.
Tile and natural stone experience is a major plus, but not required for the right person. What matters most is a strong sales mentality, a passion for design, and the willingness to learn a large and detailed product category.
Candidates should have a strong interest in interior design, architecture, construction, and building materials, along with an appreciation for the Los Angeles design community and the clients we serve.
This position requires someone who is proactive, organized, and self-motivated. You must be comfortable managing your own schedule, following up with clients consistently, tracking opportunities, and developing new business without needing constant supervision.
Strong communication skills are essential. You should be confident speaking with designers, architects, contractors, homeowners, vendors, and team members. You must be able to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and by email.
The role requires strong attention to detail. You will be helping with product selections, samples, quotes, orders, lead times, availability, technical questions, and project follow-up. Mistakes in this business matter, so organization and accountability are critical.
Candidates should be comfortable using computers, email, quoting systems, CRM-style tools, and learning new software. You do not need to be a technical expert, but you should be capable, adaptable, and willing to learn.
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing, polished, and professional attitude. You should enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, asking for business, and representing a high-end showroom in a competitive market.
