Buena Tile + Stone is looking for a new inside outside sales and territory manager to join our growing team. This is a new, full-time position based out of our Agoura showroom. You will cover both the Ventura and LA markets. Candidates should live within commutable distance to Agoura on a daily basis.
The base salary is DOE with uncapped bonus potential, health benefits, PTO, and 401k with company match. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for interior design and building materials and loves to establish relationships with trade customers.
The ideal candidate will have:
• 3-5 years of related sales experience preferably in the interior design and or construction industry. Tile and Stone is a major plus.
• A passion for design and a knowledge and appreciation of the top designers and contractors in the market.
• A self-starter mentality, as this position has autonomy to create your own full-time schedule.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Computer savvy with an ability to learn new software.
• An understanding of design and building materials and passion to learn our extensive product offerings.
• An outgoing, positive attitude.
