There, her team can access folders for active and archived clients—each of which contains a Russian nesting doll–like network of sub-
folders for each project’s images, renderings, presentations, shop drawings, work orders, and other miscellaneous documents (like a client’s large art collection). Meier describes the database as the “brain of the business.”
