Project management: Anne Corgan has found that at her business, nothing works as well as Studio Designer for project management, generating order tracking and financial reports or accepting credit card payments. Plus, it’s been a valuable reality check for clients in the midst of the decision-making process. On a recent project, Corgan had clients who felt like they had overspent—a feeling that turned out to be more of a fear than a reality. “I very quickly was able to pull a report that was like, ‘This is actually all that you spent. We’re still in fact below budget,’ and they were [relieved],” she says. “It totally changed the conversation.”
