Plant Seven Opening 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. | 410 W. English Road Catch the soft opening of High Point’s new center for innovation and culture. Talk about multi-hyphenates: Plant Seven boasts a coworking space, cafe, retail, gallery space, photo studio, event space, fabrication and research facilities (including a new Material ConneXion library and 3-D printshop), and the biannual Mill Village Collective design and craft showcase. Housed in a century-old mill in the middle of High Point, the center is backed by state and private funding, and will continue to roll out more initiatives in the years to come.
