We are currently seeking a Studio Director who shares our love for design, clients, and while driving projects from concept to completion.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities
As our Studio Director, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of all projects, managing the team, and maintaining our high standards of excellence. Your core responsibilities will include:
Project Leadership & Management: Independently drive projects from inception to completion, managing all details and organization. This includes big-picture prioritization, anticipating client and contractor deadlines, and proactively organizing the team to meet milestones.
Team Leadership & Mentoring: Provide high-level leadership and mentorship to our design team, including managing Associates. You'll enjoy fostering high standards, delegating effectively, and ensuring clear communication to achieve a highly productive team.
Client Engagement: Lead client-facing communications, fostering strong relationships for acquisition, retention, and development.
Operational Excellence: Consult with the Principal and CFO as needed, coordinate with office support, and proactively develop solutions to ensure projects and the team run smoothly.
Business Development: Contribute to client acquisition, retention, and development strategies.

Skills
We're looking for a Studio Director whose impressive track record and comprehensive skill set seamlessly align with our creative and dynamic environment.
Extensive Design Expertise: You should bring 5-7 years of experience working for a firm of our caliber or higher, demonstrating deep proficiency in AutoCAD. Your expertise will encompass creating detailed floor plans, elevations, and custom furniture, along with preparing FF&E specifications deliverables, compelling mood boards, and complete accessory packages.
Strategic Project & Calendar Management: You'll have an exceptional ability to manage complex project overview calendars, anticipate installation timelines with foresight, and proactively plan for deadlines, ensuring every project stays on track.
