Mark Haddawy Inc., a design studio specializing in historic restorations and interiors, is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design development from conceptualization through final documentation
- Create detailed drawings, renderings and 3D models using CAD and BIM software
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors and consultants to ensure design feasibility
- Review and approve construction documents for compliance with codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits and provide input during construction phases
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budget and design intent
- Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD and/or SketchUp Pro
- A strong combination of education and professional experience in architectural design
- An appreciation and understanding of architectural and design history
- A reliable car and valid driver's license
