Established nearly three decades ago in London and recognized worldwide as the designer’s choice, Element7 is bringing its luxury flooring collections to New York.
Located at the New York Design Center, the Element7 flagship showroom will serve as a design destination for the A&D community, showcasing high-end flooring solutions through a refined, contemporary, and innovative approach.
To oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom and act as a key point of contact for architects, interior designers, and industry partners, Element7 is seeking a well-presented and dynamic Showroom Manager. This role reports to the Associate Director / Head of Sales, New York.

Responsibilities
• Manage daily showroom operations, ensuring the space is consistently presented to a high standard
• Welcome and engage architects, interior designers, developers, and specifiers visiting the showroom
• Present and promote Element7’s bespoke products and installation service with confidence and professionalism
• Address client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience in the showroom, ensuring it is welcoming and reflects our brand standards
• Build and maintain relationships within the New York design community
• Support sales efforts through lead tracking, follow-ups, and project coordination
• Organize and assist with showroom events, meetings, and presentations
• Utilize marketing materials and curated collections to tell our brand story and enhance customer engagement
• Maintain CRM records and manage samples and materials in addition to general administrative duties
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales on sales and brand initiatives
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth ordering and delivery processes, meeting client expectations
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and our evolving product collections
• Liaise with Element7’s Marketing team to support our Social media campaign and to tailor brand messaging to the New York market
