Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Lead Organizer / Project Manager to oversee client projects from consultation through completion.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for planning projects, leading organizing teams, and ensuring a polished, high-touch client experience.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and highly detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple moving parts while also working alongside the team to execute organizing systems. While a passion for organization is important, the position is best suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on physical work, working efficiently in client environments, and supporting large multi-room projects. Our work often overlaps with interior designers, contractors, and move teams, so professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication are essential.

Lead organizing teams on client projects independently of the franchise owner
Conduct client consultations and document project details, photos, and recommendations
Assist with preparing project estimates and scope for the Market Owner
Plan project workflows, timelines, and product sourcing prior to project start
Lead full-home organization projects, including move-ins and post-renovation setups
Delegate tasks and set project pacing to ensure efficiency and high-quality execution
Guide team members in implementing organizing systems and maintaining visual consistency
Communicate professionally with clients throughout the day regarding progress, timing, and adjustments
Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded at every stage of the project
Maintain organized workspaces and uphold NEAT Method brand standards throughout the project
