Sean Leffers is a textile house working at the intersection of historic reference, traditional handcraft, and contemporary interiors. The studio develops collections informed by a deep archive of historic textiles and collaborates with skilled artisans and mills around the world to bring these traditions into modern design contexts.
The company’s work is rooted in a belief that textiles carry cultural memory. Many of the fabrics draw inspiration from historic fragments, archival materials, and traditional techniques that have evolved over centuries. Through careful development and production partnerships, these references are translated into refined textiles designed for the interiors trade.
Sean Leffers textiles are created with attention to material character, color, and craftsmanship, with the goal of producing fabrics that feel timeless rather than trend-driven.
The studio operates with a lean and collaborative structure where creative direction, sales, operations, and marketing work closely together. The working environment values preparation, clarity, and craftsmanship — both in the textiles themselves and in the systems that support the company’s growth.
As the company expands its collections and distribution, the studio continues to invest in thoughtful processes and strong operational foundations to support designers, showrooms, and clients around the world.
