George Bass Stage & Design is growing, and we’re looking for someone who loves interiors,
thrives on execution, and feels confident leading a team on-site. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with a strong eye for design who enjoys bringing beautiful spaces together in real time. You’ll be the point person on staging days—directing the crew, making styling decisions, and ensuring each home is staged to our standards.
What you'll do:
• Lead and execute luxury home staging installations
• Select furniture, art, rugs, and accessories from our inventory to style each home
• Direct and support a team of 2-3 installers on-site to ensure smooth, efficient installs
• Oversee 1–4 day staging projects, maintaining timelines and design standards
• Participate in installation logistics
Who You Are:
• Passionate about interiors, styling, and spatial composition
• Confident leading a team and making real-time decisions on-site
• Detail-oriented, organized, and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable being hands-on, but not required to do heavy lifting
• Open to assisting with physical tasks when able
• Previous experience in home staging or interior design fields is a plus
