Job Description

-Content Creation
-Attend social shoots alongside the Social Media Producer, assisting with staging, resetting spaces, and on-site creative support
-Capture behind-the-scenes content and provide secondary shooting coverage
-Support in building visual palettes and moodboards under creative direction
-Provide light photo retouching assistance as needed
-Insert approved copy and imagery into branded Canva templates
Partnerships
-Assist with routine, organic product captures within the office environment
-Input relevant products into story templates for posting
-Build and maintain ShopMy collections to ensure consistent brand presence
Social Platforms
-Repurpose Instagram-forward creative into platform-specific formats for TikTok and Pinterest
-Input approved posts into Later for @holly.hayden.taylor and @jeremiahbrentdesign
-Support ongoing Pinterest maintenance under creative direction
-Support ongoing Substack maintenance under creative direction
-Administrative Support
-Assist the Social Media Manager with film drop-offs, gear coordination, and asset management
-Update the Press Archive with recent PR placements and Google Alerts

Job Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a social media–focused role
Graphic design background and fluency in visual composition and brand alignment
Highly organized with strong administrative and creative execution skills
Proficiency in Canva, Later, and basic image retouching
Deep familiarity with Instagram, Pinterest, and Substack
Availability on Mondays and Fridays for social shoots (approximately 20 hours per week)
