JLA Designs is looking for a full-time, detail-driven Project Manager to join our team! This role is crucial in supporting our Director of Operations and Design Team with Administrative duties for our high-end residential interior design projects. This position is ideal for someone with a business background and a strong attention to detail with excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills who thrives in a fast paced environment.
* Manage and create all client Proposals and Invoices using Houzz Pro
* Order Management - Coordinate the full procurement process for all projects including ordering, tracking, and managing the receiving and storage of purchases
* Order tracking - Update Project Master for shipping status of purchases and communicate to Design Team arrival of purchases
* Act as liaison between Vendors and Design Team
* Coordinate and manage damage claims and logistics for returning damaged purchases
* Seek opportunities to improve and create processes and procedures to contribute to the team’s effectiveness, and elevate our client experience
