John Rosselli and Associates is now accepting resumes for a highly motivated Bookkeeper.
We are an established, high-end interior design showroom, providing services exclusively to the trade. This is a salaried, full-time position (Monday through Friday), in our New York showroom located within the D&D Building.
The ideal candidate is a reliable team player, who can communicate efficiently, and is willing to ask questions. An applicant with experience in the Interior Design Showroom field is required. We work in a fast-paced environment, the right person must be extremely detail oriented and organized. Accuracy is essential. This self-starter, problem solver, should also have patience and a good sense of humor.
QUICK BOOKS PROFICIENCY IS REQUIRED. We will not entertain resumes that do not include this experience.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Order Entry
• Billing
• Filing
• Payment Reports
• Releasing and updating orders; matching invoices to orders
• Assisting Sales Associates
• Non-posting orders
• Answering emails promptly
• Deadline focused
