A boutique luxury interior design firm in South Tampa is seeking an office manager to handle office administration and design merchandise purchasing. This role is the left-brain center hub in a right-brain creative office.

This position is full-time and will work in the office with an outstanding and friendly team.
Responsibilities Include:
• Project Tracking and Data Entry
• Manage the monthly time billing invoicing for office
• Manage CEO schedule and travel arrangements
• Manage all purchasing and goods procurement for interior design projects
• Coordinate all product deliveries
• Manage product warehousing as needed
• Coordinate shipping, deliveries and installations
• Coordinate and schedule contractor installation work as needed
• Enter all scheduling information in project tracking software – Studio Webware
• Enter and manage all vendor information
• Weekly order status reporting
• Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure they are providing goods and services as needed
• Track and apply payments received from clients
• Track payments to vendors
• Coordinate with Bookkeeper regarding payments and receipts as needed
• Administrative filing and general office upkeep
• Client services and VIP gifting
• Design project installation preparation and assistance
Requirements Include:
• Accounting Experience
• 4 years of office administration experience
• Experience in design showrooms, products or design industry procurement desired
• Interior Design vendor knowledge a plus
• Must live within a half hour of the South Tampa area
• Must be a natural relationship builder and have a polished and personable communication style
• Must have a professional, elegant and polished personal presence
• Must have personal stability and long term career potential
• Must be highly motivated, mature and driven to excel
