Kitchen Design Group is looking for a very talented Senior Designer with experience in luxury private residential projects with a strong understanding of kitchens and millwork. The ideal candidate is a strong leader and has proven success in managing multiple large-scale design projects from inception to completion. Passion for design is a must!
• Manage multiple design projects end-to-end, act as main point of contact for projects
• Lead design development, drawing and documentation of projects during the design as well as the management of the scope.
• Act as main point of contact for project coordination with clients, contractors and fabricators.
• Scope and plan project timelines to meet external deadlines and budgets, ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables.
• Supervise team members from junior to senior levels through project phases, manage design requirements.
Skills and Experience
• 6-8+ years’ experience with Interior Design/Architecture education and background
• Experience with kitchen design and cabinetry design and details.
• Proven track record of managing multiple design projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong leadership, management skills with ability to multitask, all from design inception to completion in all design phases.
• Refined presentation skills and strong attention to detail
• Proficient in AutoCad, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
• Willing to travel
