We’re seeking a FFE & Procurement Manager who thrives in that space: someone who understands that the beauty of a project rests not only on its conception but on the precision and care behind how each detail is brought to life.
This full-time role is central to this boutique studios operations, supporting the design team through projects that span the transformation of residences- from historic estates to modern builds. The ideal candidate is meticulous, proactive, and deeply attuned to craft and process — someone who enjoys both the pace and the poetry of design realization.
The Role:
You’ll collaborate closely with the design team to source, coordinate, and manage FF&E procurement, ensuring each piece reflects our design intent and the distinct character of the homes we create together. From bespoke upholstery to artisan lighting and fine antiques, you’ll guide every element with precision and grace.
Responsibilities include:
Sourcing and procuring furniture, lighting, finishes, and accessories from boutique and established vendors.
Managing the full procurement lifecycle — purchase orders, lead times, shipping coordination, delivery logistics, and installation oversight.
Maintaining precise documentation including FF&E schedules, order trackers, and vendor records.
Communicating with vendors regarding fabrication details, production schedules, and quality assurance.
Aligning procurement timelines and budgets with project planning.
Overseeing white-glove deliveries and installations with thoughtful attention to detail.
Negotiating pricing, freight, insurances and payment terms when appropriate.
Supporting studio operations through organized, proactive coordination.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of procurement experience within a high-end interior design or architecture studio.

Strong knowledge of luxury and artisan vendors, custom fabrication, as well as vintage and antique furniture sourcing.

Deep appreciation for craftsmanship, provenance, and materiality.

Valid driver’s license required for local travel, site visits, and deliveries.

Proficiency in Studio Designer, Excel, and some basic SketchUp, as well as mastery of Google pages presentation formatting. Ability to draw and annotate details related to soft goods procurement (window treatments, upholstery, custom furnishings).

Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects smoothly.

Warm and professional communication style with vendors, fabricators, and clients.

Must love dogs — our studio is home to two affectionate terriers who are an integral part of our daily rhythm.
