Perennials and Sutherland appointed Robert Perri as its new CEO. Perri was most recently the group president of brand companies at Armstrong World Industries.
Arteriors welcomed Beth Cohn as its new senior vice president of sales. Cohn joins from Walker Zanger and Opustone, where she was president of showrooms. Prior to that, she was senior vice president of sales and showrooms at The Shade Store.
Fireclay Tile promoted Emily Moizes-Beal to director of showrooms. Moizes-Beal joined the company in 2023 and was most previous regional sales manager for the West Coast.
Retail & Manufacturing
RH welcomed Veronica Schnitzius as its new president and chief manufacturing and sourcing officer. Before joining the company, Schnitzius spent 24 years at American Leather, where she was president since 2017. The company also hired David Stanchak as its chief real estate and transformation officer. He held the same position at RH from 2015 to 2021.
Target promoted Michael Fiddelke to CEO. He has been with the company since 2003, starting as a finance intern, and working his way up to executive vice president and chief operating officer two years ago. Lisa Roath, the current chief merchandising officer of food, essentials and beauty, is now the COO, and Cara Sylvester, the chief guest experience officer, is the new CMO.
Lancaster, Pennsylvania–based furniture store Interiors Home appointed chief financial officer Tom Williams as president; former president Todd Lehman has transitioned into the role of executive chairman. The executive team also welcomed Linda Burke as chief operating officer, Michele Dissinger as merchandising director, and Kim Hoffert as marketing director.
Mattress and bedding brand Naturepedic appointed Charlie Beer as COO. Beer rejoins the brand, where he had worked for 12 years, most recently as vice president of operations, before departing in 2019. He arrives from Rize Home, where he was director of enterprise resource planning.
Hooker Furnishings tapped Mark Cowan to be the new vice president of Hooker Branded. Cowan brings decades of leadership experience, most recently as vice president of sales at Bernhardt.
Virginia-based Bassett Furniture appointed industry veteran David Sullivan as vice president of hospitality. Sullivan was previously the senior vice president of sales for contract brands at Hooker Furnishings.
Contract furniture dealer Cofco, a Henricksen company, hired Michael O'Donnell as vice president of sales. He was previously a senior account manager at Officeworks.
Multicategory manufacturing company Construction Resources has expanded its leadership team. David Himes is the Georgia-based brand’s new senior vice president of strategic planning and expansion; Sam Rose is the vice president of strategic initiatives and integration; and Tripp Parker is vice president of multiproduct sales.
Lenoir, North Carolina–based furniture company Bernhardt welcomed David Robinson as its new trade business development manager. Robinson joins from Natuzzi Americas, where he was district manager.
Resource Furniture hired Emily Bihl as its new managing director of marketing. Before joining the company, she served as marketing manager at Spoonflower.
Artistic Tile welcomed Jose Mezquita as its new project sourcing manager. Mezquita was previously the project manager for material sourcing at Pacific Stone & Tile, and prior to that, he spent 26 years at Walker Zanger as branch manager, then sales representative.
Sherrill Furniture promoted Jeni Pruitt from territory sales representative to director of business development. Pruitt has been with the company for 24 years.
Mattress brand Saatva elevated Tad Ehrbar to vice president of sports marketing. He joined the company in 2024 as a marketing and partnerships executive helping to shape the brand’s sports marketing strategy.
Design & Architecture
National architecture and design firm Lawrence Group promoted current president Mike Schnaare to president and chief executive officer. Co-founder and current CEO Steve Smith will transition to the role of executive chairman. The company also made a flurry of new hires. Ally Bowers was promoted from interior design intern to interior designer at the firm’s Austin office; Connor Reckamp is a new BIM specialist at the St. Louis headquarters after working as a BIM coordinator at The Korte Company; also arriving from The Korte Group, where he was project designer, Tyler Proemsey is now a design professional at the main office; Ashna Singh is now a design professional in St. Louis after being an architectural associate at Feeler S. Architects; and Sean Trombley joins the New York office as a design professional after working as an architectural designer at Joe the Architect.
Pico Rivera, California–based national design, furniture and staging brand Vesta Home welcomed Stephanie Garbarini as its new vice president of marketing. She joins from Douglas Elliman Real Estate, where she was chief marketing officer and executive vice president.
Hacin, the Boston-based architecture and interior firm, promoted Christine Rankin from senior associate to principal.
New York–based firm TPG Architecture announced the elevation of Matt Beriloff to chief technology officer. Beriloff joined the company in 2004 as a systems engineer.
Global firm Roam Interior Design welcomed Alan McVitty to its London office as studio practice leader and vice president. He was previously the principal and CEO of his own company, McVitty Studio.
Gensler, the global architecture and design firm, announced four additions to its health care practice across four offices. In Philadelphia, Colleen Harrington joins as senior health care interior designer; Melanie Harris is now the Southeast region health care practice area leader, based in Tampa; Eric Koffler was hired as a senior medical planner in Chicago; and in Houston, Annabella Koloskov is the new health care planning director.
HKS hired Jarrett Andrés Hardy as a designer in its sports and commercial mixed-use sector. Hardy was previously a project coordinator at The Beck Group.
Media & PR
Los Angeles– and New York–based firm The Consultancy PR promoted Victoria McDougal to senior account director and hired Elisa Darrigo as an account coordinator. Darrigo previously held a PR internship at BerlinRosen.
Industry Organizations
The Charles & Ray Eames Foundation welcomed two new board members: Leo Seigal, the co-founder and former CEO of The Expert and current partner at the design firm Jake Arnold; and Dustin Bramell, the CEO and co-founder of Pillar. In partnership with the foundation, Arnold and Bramell recently launched Case Study: Adapt, a nonprofit organization that reimagines Los Angeles’s postwar Case Study House program, which commissioned architects (including the Eames duo) to design and build innovative, affordable homes.
The American Home Furnishings Hall of Fame appointed Doug Jermyn as chief operating officer, a new position at the organization. Jermyn was recently the vice president of operations at Samson Holding, the parent company of Universal Furniture, Baker and Legacy Classic Furniture; he was previously COO of Theodore Alexander.
