LP Creative is seeking a Senior Designer to join our studio on a contract basis — a designer who can lead residential projects from first concept through final installation.
Working closely with our principal and design team, the Senior Designer will take full ownership of projects: shaping the design vision, building client presentations, space planning, sourcing furniture, lighting, and objects — and managing the essential logistics: specifications, purchasing, vendor coordination, and budgets — without ever losing sight of the details.
We're looking for a soulful, layered eye: a love of romantic antiques, patinated European objects, and honest natural materials, and a sure hand mixing vintage with contemporary. The ideal candidate is confident interfacing with clients, architects, and contractors, and comfortable leading meetings when the principal isn't in the room.
A creative thinker, clear communicator, and proactive problem-solver — someone who holds the creative and the logistical with equal care.

20–30 hours per week · Hourly rate commensurate with experience · Contract length to be determined · Starting immediately · Hybrid: remote + our Greenwich Village studio
