Fall is officially on the horizon, and big-name brands are gearing up for the season by unleashing an array of innovative designs. From tiger-striped performance fabrics to leaf-shaped rugs, feast your eyes on some of our favorite new launches.
Ken Fulk’s designs for Perennials and Sutherland are an ode to Old Hollywood glamour. Inspired by the dramatic interiors of the 1930s and ’40s, the collaboration spans 22 textiles and seven outdoor furnishings, including the conspicuously striped Wild Bengal fabric, the peacock-paisley Fine Feathered Friend wallcovering, the leopard-spotted Untamed rug, and the lattice-framed teak Trellis lounge chair.
Joon Loloi rolled out an exclusive collaboration with A-list Seattle designer Heidi Caillier. The launch features 37 floorcoverings and 27 cushions adorned in retro-modern motifs, such as the daisy-flecked Scarlett rug, the grid-patterned Riley rug, and the cross-stitch-inspired Penelope pillow.
Online retailer Castlery tapped Tan France to create the Queer Eye fashion guru’s very first line of furniture. The collaboration includes 18 fashion-forward pieces defined by tactile materials and sculptural silhouettes, such as the curvy, sherpa-clad Rumi chair; the travertine-topped Tarin drink table with turned base; and the Rava sideboard, a solid oak stunner outfitted in brass hardware and arched door fronts.
The Provençale collection by London-based luxury mantels company Chesneys pays tribute to the architectural history of Southern France. The debut reimagines a selection of antique fireplace surrounds as six Bianco Avorio limestone mantels, ranging from the neoclassical Toulon to the 18th century provincial–style Serein and the Louis XV–era Sorbonne.
McGee & Co. unveiled its fall 2026 collection. The sweeping debut offers more than 300 heritage-inspired designs, with standouts such as the low-profile Octavia sectional; the faux bamboo–accented Hayward console; and Mabel, a fully upholstered sleigh bed available in 10 fabrics, including options from Crypton and Perennials.
Artist and retailer John Derian’s collab with Amsterdam-based brand Doing Goods is a botanical masterpiece. The collection boasts five leaf-inspired rugs based on antique illustrations and woven from pure New Zealand wool: the pink-veined African Mask, the polychromatic Ceriman, the heart-shaped Croton, the tropical Elephant Ear and the lobed Fatsia.
The Tended Form collection by Mous is brimming with structural whimsy. In addition to the expressive Mirage rope chair and the hoof-legged Wilden side table, highlights from the 22-piece line include the spidery Horizon console table, the geometric Radiant stool and the mushroom-shaped Nimbus table lamp.
Swati Bansal teamed up with Cloth & Company on a characterful collaboration. The collection transforms the Soil to Studio founder’s hand-block-printed textiles into 12 playfully patterned outdoor pillows—some available in multiple sizes and all finished with piped edges—including the graphic Rama, the double-sided Meera and the striped Indu.
In honor of National Wellness Month, Kohler added its Heated BubbleMassage technology to some of its bestselling freestanding bathtubs. Two sizes of the minimalist Ceric and one of the elegant Evok are now equipped with the state-of-the art hydrotherapy system, which releases humidified air through a network of jets to create a continuous flow of warm, massaging bubbles.
