Andros Home is seeking a Showroom Director to lead day-to-day operations and elevate the Andros client experience. This role blends leadership, sales strategy, and high-end hospitality in a design-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead showroom operations and maintain brand standards.
Coordinate and collaborate with sales, logistics, office and design teams
Drive sales performance and nurture VIP client and trade relationships.
Oversee inventory, merchandising, quoting accuracy, and client-service workflows.
Coordinate events, product launches, and showroom storytelling.
Collaborate closely with leadership on strategy, forecasting, and quarterly objectives.
5+ years in luxury furniture, design showrooms, or hospitality leadership.
Strong team leadership and client-relationship skills.
Operational proficiency (CRM, inventory, quoting, logistics).
Refined aesthetic sensibility aligned with the Andros brand.
