Strong leadership skills with the desire and ability to guide and inspire the design team towards layered and rich presentations across multiple mediums: which include mood boards, 3-D modeling ( sketch-up or REVIT ) basic photoshop renderings, CAD drawings, image research, material selections, high-end FF&E selections, and other job-related duties as assigned.
Engagingly and persuasively through strong communication skills present work internally and externally.
Liaison between the Principal, the Team and the Client during the design process with efficiency and precision.
Lead the coordination and production of technical drawings which include Interior Design documentation sets, FF&E specifications, material schedules, and budgets
Acute attention to detail in reviewing all documents to ensure that they incorporate design intent and technical accuracy
Manage communications and coordination between ADC and consultants
Review of construction administration services including RFI responses, submittal reviews and punch list reviews while resolving CA issues
Participate in coordination with consultants and vendors
Liaise between the Principal and the Design Team

•Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
•Minimum of 5 years experience in High-End Residential Design.
•Strong Design and Presentation skill.
•Excellent verbal, written and client skills.
•Must be a team player as well as comfortable working independently.
•Ability to take initiative, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines as well as delegate within the office.
•Extremely organized, proactive and diligent.
•High-end residential experience with custom furniture, fabrics, finishes and decorative items.
•Commercial and Hospitality experience is a plus.
•Understanding of furniture, millwork, and cabinetry construction, detailing, and related shop drawing review process.
•Ability to develop and track budgets, purchase orders, etc.
•Accute, unapologetic attention to Detail.
•Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop; InDesign; AutoCAD; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Knowledge of Studio Designer is a plus.
•Excellent AutoCAD drafting and a strong command and knowledge of drafting details, sections to convey your design.
•Basic SketchUp and REVIT knowledge is a plus
•Valid US Passport or Green Card
