Job Description

The National Sales Manager will oversee the growth and performance of our independent sales rep network and our B2B sales division. This includes scaling our existing team from 10 to over 20 regional reps within the next year and managing bulk and white-label furniture partnerships across hospitality, interior design, and commercial channels.

This is a high-impact leadership role suited to an experienced sales strategist who thrives in a commission- driven environment, understands regional market dynamics, and has a proven track record of recruiting, managing, and motivating high-performing teams.

1. Sales Team Leadership & Expansion
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of independent sales reps, growing from 10 to 20+ regional reps within 12 months.
- Develop and implement a strategic regional hiring plan targeting key markets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance support to maximize the Sales Rep Team’s output.
- Set clear sales goals, benchmarks, and incentive structures to align rep performance with company targets.

2. B2B Growth & Strategic Sales
- Drive growth across trade and B2B channels by cultivating partnerships with design studios, rental companies, hotels, and commercial buyers.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for white-label and bulk order programs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize offerings and close large- scale deals.

3. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Create and execute region-specific sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Analyze regional trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform go-to- market decisions.
- Oversee pricing strategies, contract structuring, and negotiation processes across all channels.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance, pipeline development, and conversion metrics.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within the furniture, home décor, or design industry.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and managing independent rep networks.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. regional sales markets and field hiring strategies.
• Strong background in B2B and wholesale sales, especially in the hospitality and design sectors.
• Motivated by performance-based compensation and capable of consistently hitting revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet with reps, partners, and clients.
