Job Description

Leontine is experiencing exponential growth and is increasing their sales team to continue to provide excellent personalized service, increase client reach and to maximize design opportunities for our in-demand product and service.

The Sales Specialist will:
- Set and achieve sales targets contributing to the overall revenue growth of Leontine Linens.
- Gain expertise in Leontine's exclusive collection of bed, bath, and table products, which requires comprehensive training and in-depth
product knowledge.
- Effectively leverage product knowledge in order to offer clients the products and designs that best fit their needs and decor
preferences.
- Work directly with clients (retail & designer) to design their bespoke linens through in person and virtual meetings, fully leveraging the
sales tools and custom sales materials provided.
- Natural elegance in communication at all levels, directly providing a special experience at all points in the customer lifecycle.
- Maintain existing client relationship and introduce new clients to the Leontine experience and product.
- Contribute to a positive work atmosphere that is supportive, productive, and professional.

Job Requirements

Qualifications/Experience:
- Over 3 years of experience in managing high-volume sales of luxury products.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on providing a personalized experience for a discerning clientele.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to analyze client data and feedback to improve processes and client satisfaction.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the interior design, or home furnishings industry.
- Familiarity with creating customized visual presentation tools.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Method, and proficiency in using it to manage client interactions.
