·Selecting and specifying materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that meet the aesthetic and functional goals of each project.
·Ensuring all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
·Providing oversight and guidance to Junior Designers and Interns, fostering their development while maintaining project integrity.
·Professional Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
·Minimum of 6 years of experience in an architecture or interior design firm
·Candidates must have experience in educational, civic, and healthcare interior design.
·Strong design sensibility and technical knowledge.
·Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will participate in the development of designs for the interior an institutional project, as well as future projects ranging from residential developments to cultural & educational projects. As an Interior Designer, you will work closely with Senior Designers and other project team members to develop design solutions. Your responsibilities will include producing precise drawings, renderings, and presentations for both internal and external developers, as well as coordinating construction documentation and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). You may also have the opportunity to mentor Junior Designers and Interns, ensuring the alignment of all efforts with CetraRuddy’s design principles.
