South Harlow is a bi-coastal design firm specializing in high-end residential and select commercial spaces. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our Ponte Vedra Beach team. This is a local, in-person role. We’re looking for a mid- to senior-level designer who brings creativity, precision, and leadership to the table. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in:
- Project Management – Leading and managing high-end residential and/or commercial projects from concept through completion
- Construction Documentation – Creating and reviewing detailed construction documents and specifications
- Client & Vendor Communication – Interfacing confidently with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Attention to Detail – Demonstrating a refined eye for design and impeccable organizational skills
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years Interior Design Industry experience
- AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, Google Suites experience required
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Creating detailed elevations, floor plans, and construction documents
- Collaborate with designers on the design process: concept development, gathering and sourcing materials, creating design presentations, project management and construction oversight in collaboration with Trades and Builders
- Day to day office management
- Maintaining and initiating vendor relationships
- Purchasing/installing all South Harlow sourced goods, materials and furnishings on behalf of Clients
