As the Trade Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and expanding high-value relationships with interior designers, commercial design firms, and other trade buyers. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the interior design and hospitality markets who thrives on building long-term partnerships and growing strategic accounts.
You will collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to align offerings with trade partner needs, while owning the development of scalable systems for outreach, reporting, and relationship management. This is a hands-on, outward-facing role with significant autonomy and national scope.
1. Key Account Development
- Identify high-potential trade buyers across the U.S., including design studios, hospitality groups, rental companies, and retail collaborators.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at target firms.
- Build a pipeline of key accounts and nurture them into long-term revenue drivers.
2. Trade Program Leadership
- Promote Hati Home’s trade program offerings to qualified professionals.
- Develop custom proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for large clients.
- Coordinate white-label and custom production opportunities as needed.
3. Sales Strategy & Reporting
- Create and manage a regional outreach strategy for key accounts.
- Track sales activity, opportunities, and conversion rates using CRM tools.
- Report on account performance, trends, and partnership feedback to leadership
4. Collaboration and Growth
- Partner with marketing to refine messaging and outreach campaigns for the trade audience.
- Work with product and operations teams to align inventory and production capacity with partner needs.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and in-person meetings as needed to build and strengthen relationships.
• 4+ years of experience in B2B or trade sales, preferably in furniture, home decor, or the design industry.
• Strong network or proven experience working with interior designers and trade buyers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter comfortable with independent outreach and account development.
• Experience with CRM tools and reporting platforms.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support national growth.
