A top-tier and fast-paced interior design firm based in NYC, is seeking a skilled, eager and organized Sr. Level Architect with 5+ years of relevant experience to join our team on a full time, basis. This is an ideal position for a dynamic individual with a sophisticated eye for design and the ability to produce detailed exterior, interior and millwork drawings. In addition, it is imperative that this person possesses a keen understanding of the design/construction process and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years professional experience as a Sr, level architect with a focus on High End residential and an understanding of commercial interior spaces
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD
• Strong conceptual and design skills
• Ability to develop design options to be reviewed by Principal
• Ability and willingness to collaborate with the interior design team
• Ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Openness to accept constructive feedback and guidance
• Experience and interest working within a high end residential interior design firm
• Travel
