The Cabinetry Sales Representative will be responsible for the overall management of day-to-day sales activities towards in this territory. Great Northern Cabinetry enjoys a strong reputation and a growing presence in throughout the U.S. Market success will come by prospecting and cultivating Kitchen & Bath dealers and Design / Build contractors, with a focus on those serving the renovation and remodel markets. The ability to utilize a structured, solutions based selling process will be key to success in this role. The Sales Representative will be backed up by a strong customer service support, and an operations team that is customer centric in its approach.

Job Requirements

The selected candidate will ideally have experience in the cabinet industry, doors and windows or building products space. An understanding of the home renovation process is strongly desired. Other attributes include:
- Consultative-based solutions selling experience in the Kitchen & Bath dealer segment.
- Wholesale sales experience in a business whose primary sales channel is an independent dealer.
- Passionate, proactive, and coachable, with a strong work ethic.
- Self-starter, with the ability to manage his/her time to deliver results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Additionally, the selected candidate will be expected to:
- Identify opportunities in the key segments noted above to drive sales growth across the territory.
- Hold in person and virtual meetings with new and existing customers, determining how Great Northern Cabinetry product solutions can enhance their business.
- Be professional, friendly and engaging while putting the company’s interests first.
- Work independently while also being a team player.

The ideal candidate will be based in the North Texas market, have a four-year degree and a minimum of 10+ years of sales experience and direct experience in the cabinet industry. This position is home based but requires extensive day travel. Occassional overnight travel may be required. An industry competitive compensation and benefits plan will be offered to the successful candidate. Candidates with the drive to develop and maintain successful relationships with Kitchen and Bath retailers and Design / Contract builders are encouraged to apply.
