Job Overview
• Responsible for supporting and enabling sales team to sell more efficiently and effectively
• Create and follow-up on textiles orders
• Follow-up on furniture orders and ensure timely delivery
• Greet and engage clients, answer phones, monitor web inquires
Responsibilities
• Manage all post payment sales order details with clients
• Organize and maintain sales collateral for access by sales team
• Pull client sample requests
• Ship necessary items to clients
• Manage sample library
• Assist Sales Team with miscellaneous projects
• Manage and order office supplies
• Open and close showroom
Job Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in sales support and operations (preferably in the design industry)
• CRM experience preferred
• Inventory management experience preferred
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required in lieu of experience
• Proficient computer skills in Google Suite, MS Office-Word, Excel, Outlook
