A luxury kitchen company seeks a Kitchen Designer to join their NYC team. This is a wonderful opportunity to work on high-end projects throughout NYC. The successful applicant will have previous luxury kitchen experience with strong sales and personal skills.


Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with clients to ensure a positive showroom and design experience
• Drive sales through experience and strong sales techniques
• Meet with potential walk-in clients throughout the day
• Providing expertise on the products available
• Pricing and creating proposals for each prospect client
• Coordination with vendors, architects, designers, and any sub-contractors
• Managing multiple clients at once
• Attends industry networking events
• Ability to make site visits during project milestones
• Maintain showroom displays for client presentation

Skills and Experience
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in sales and design
• Proven track record of driving sales
• Proficient at space planning and residential construction
• Experience working with Architects, Designers and General Contractors desirable
• Experienced at serving customers and developing client relationships
• Exceeds client’s needs by meeting deadlines and providing updates throughout the project progress
• High-end retail experience is a plus
• Design and computer skills including hand drafting, AutoCAD Microsoft Office and SketchUp
