We are seeking a seasoned President who will report directly to our CEO as we scale the business. This is a highly visible, hands-on executive leadership role with direct responsibility for managing senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Production, Brand, Finance, and Special Projects. The right candidate will be both a strategic partner and a courageous operator, and someone who thrives in growth-stage environments and brings clarity, accountability, and discipline to a fast-scaling creative business.
What You’ll Do:
Act as the connective tissue between the CEO’s vision and the leadership team’s execution.
Own the company’s organizational structure and continued development including all elements of people management and development.
Serve as the CEO’s right hand and day-to-day partner, managing and coaching senior leaders while elevating their strategic thinking, helping the team move from anecdotal problem-solving to disciplined, business-minded decision-making.
Build and enforce strong operating rhythms, ensuring accountability to goals and disciplined prioritization.
Balance strategic vision with operational excellence, ensuring growth does not outpace structure.
Evaluate initiatives with a critical lens, saying “no” where needed, and driving focus on the projects that matter.
Own P&L discipline, bringing rigor to financial operations and decision-making.
Lead process creation and improvement; building scalable systems to support rapid growth.
Growth-stage operator. Experienced in scaling companies from ~$20M–$50M.
An inspiring and motivating people leader. You are a seasoned leader who is passionate about developing leaders.
An aligned partner. Works effectively with a strong, visionary CEO, balances thoughtful challenge with follow-through, and executes in service of the CEO’s vision.
Rational & grounded. Clear-headed operator with sound judgment.
Direct & courageous. You proactively surface issues, run toward problems, and aren’t afraid to make hard calls.
Financially sharp. Strong P&L orientation; knows how to build discipline into revenue/expense management.
Digitally fluent. Comfortable reading and editing databases (Airtable, Salesforce, Klaviyo, etc.). Experienced with automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, or N8n. You think in systems and design projects that drive actionable outcomes, not just data or short-term patches. Bonus: any experience or understanding of AI agents.
Brand aligned. Familiarity with design/creative industries a strong plus; ideally someone who can appreciate and protect the brand.
Flexible & adaptive. Can work on the fly, adjust to a fast-moving CEO’s travel schedule, and maintain a chain of command.
