Position Overview:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brands in your territory. Your primary focus is building strong relationships with interior designers and boutique retail accounts, presenting our product lines, and driving consistent sales growth. This role is ideal for someone who loves design, thrives on autonomy, and has a track record of success in a similar sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Call on and maintain relationships with interior designers, boutique retailers, and design-focused businesses.
Present, promote, and sell our portfolio of luxury brands.
Develop new business through proactive outreach, showroom visits, and territory planning.
Educate clients on product capabilities, customization options, and lead times.
Provide exceptional service and follow-up to ensure repeat business.
Track activity, manage sample materials, and maintain organized territory notes.
Attend brand trainings, market events, and travel within a defined territory as needed.
Qualifications:
Candidates must live in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, or Virginia
Experience in outside sales—ideally within luxury home furnishings, textiles, design, or related industries.
Strong existing relationships within the design community are a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a multi-state territory.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for design and an eye for product detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift frequently.
