The House of Pontovi is seeking a highly talented and experienced Interior Design Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong leadership background and a proven track record in managing residential and hospitality projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple high-profile projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.

-You're highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable managing time and tasks independently.
-You’re exceptional at managing up — you take initiative, communicate proactively, and keep projects moving without hand-holding.
-You’re client-friendly, calm under pressure, and confident presenting ideas and updates via Zoom, phone, email, or in person.

Must-Have Skills Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple interior design projects from concept to completion
years of experience in interior design project management
Substantial experience with Construction Administration (CA) processes
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
Proficient in Google Drive, InDesign or Programma, and Microsoft Office
[Additional software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Studio Designer, etc.]
Understanding of construction documents, specifications, and building codes
