Sales:
• Work with Interior Designers to provide accurate quotes, assist in design selections and details for each order, and maintain communication throughout the entire quotation, production and delivery process.
● Manage client information including lead generation, data entry and CRM database management
● Assist customers in the showroom, via email and over the phone on all inquiries related to textile,
lighting, and furniture collections, advising on bespoke options, lead times, & providing samples
whenever necessary
● Manage sample library & replenish memos on a running weekly basis
● Maintain a beautiful, welcoming space, including organizing merchandise display, fabric samples
and other key showroom duties.
● Manage general opening and closing duties – preparing for showroom walk-throughs, lighting
levels, object/furniture placement, dressing furnitures, and organizing fabric display

Administrative:
• Greet customers in a showroom setting
• Answer and direct phone calls on a multi-line system
• Process incoming and outgoing deliveries and shipments
• Act as administrative assistant for entire office
• Act as liaison to all vendors and clients
• Manage office supplies
• Work closely with entire team of designers, accountant and owner
• Organizing shipping and logistics for design team
• Help manage inventory and warehouse storage

Hours of operations are M-F 9-5 pm with the expectations of coming in at 8:50 am to open and staying after 5 pm to handle all closing duties. There will be times where you are expected to stay later to finish up with any client requests.

● Ability to lift 30 lbs
● 1 yr experience in an administrative or similar sales role
● A passion for interior design
● Eager to learn and work hard!
● The ability to manage up when needed
● Ability to perform in a fast-growing environment
● Desire to collaborate with others and foster a team environment
● Strong writing and communication
● Proficiency with email, microsoft word and other computer programs
