A South Florida Multi-Family & Hotel Developer is seeking an Interior Designer to specialize in Hospitality and Multi-Family projects.
Candidate would join the current interior design department and dive right into current projects on board.
Day to day work is running all aspects of projects - meeting with owners, preparing detailed schedules, working/shop drawings, design schemes, construction drawings, purchase orders, sampling/sourcing, and working with vendors.

Qualifications:

7 years minimum interior design experience
AutoCAD/Sketchup required
Photoshop/rendering skills a plus
Knowledge of fabrics and finishes
Ability to think and act independently within a fast paced, high pressure, multi task driven environment
Portray professionalism
Accurate and professional written and verbal communication including the ability to communicate with all levels of Executive staff
Strong organizational and planning skills

LSI Designs is the in house design firm for a real estate developer. Our home base is Palm Beach, Florida. We currently have projects in Palm Beach, Tampa, Connecticut and New York.
