Oversee the design and management of projects from beginning through completion.
Manage the creation of design concept, furniture plans, specifications, lighting plans, and elevations.
Collaborate with Principal and Design Team to develop concepts, construction plans, elevations, furniture plans and specifications.
Research and source material, hardware, fabrics, furniture, treatments and accessories.
Create project scope of work, timelines, and schedules and ensure stakeholders are meeting deadlines.
Assist in creating project budgets.
Manage the creation of all client presentations.
Attend site meetings and be able to effectively communicate design intent.
Oversee project installations.
Collaborating with outside architects, contractors & subcontractors, client representatives, vendors and other 3rd parties.
Managing client communication.
6+ Years Experience in Interior Design Role
Proficient in Autocad, Adobe Suite, Office Suite, Studio Designer
Extremely high level of attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to manage teams, to delegate work ensuring all stakeholders meet deadlines
Ability to effectively present to clients
Experiencing working on and managing projects out of state and country
Excellent knowledge of window treatment styles, millwork styles, high end custom furniture
Candidate should be a team player, approach tasks with enthusiasm, and be resourceful
