We are seeking a dynamic motivated team player to support the daily operations and overall success of our design studio. Candidate must have exceptional organization skills and be highly detailed. Primary responsibilities will include digital file management, maintain studio calendar, track project status and timelines, develop and create design presentations, create project schedules, and engagement with contractors, vendors and clients.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Maintain meticulous project documentation
Maintain continuous communication with the Principal, team members, and Clients.
Coordinate with contractors/vendors to ensure production and installations align with project timelines.
Develop and create design presentations: including design boards, plans, elevations and 3D renderings.
Prepare and deliver finish schedules (paint, hardware, etc)
Sourcing for furnishings, lighting, and accessories, communicate with vendors for pricing and general inquiries

Ideally 3-5 years interior design experience
Excellent presentation skills, including space planning and drawing
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, MS Suite
Sketchup (or similar 3D modeling software) is a plus but not required
Excellent verbal, written, and visual/digital communication skills
Must have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable in interfacing with clients, consultants, vendors and internal staff
Ability to interact effectively with the design team on multiple projects
Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
