Intermediate Interior Designer
Elle Concepts is a boutique hospitality and commercial interior design studio based in Las Vegas, with projects across the country. We create thoughtful, elevated wellness and hospitality spaces — and we’re growing.
We’re looking for an Intermediate Interior Designer with 4–7 years of experience who thrives in both the creative and technical sides of design. This role is ideal for someone who loves seeing projects through from concept to installation and enjoys working on everything from luxury spa renovations to ground-up hospitality projects.
You’ll work across architectural interiors and FF&E with a strong focus on design development, detailing, and construction documentation. We’re especially looking for someone who’s highly proficient in AutoCAD and confident navigating the realities of construction, procurement, and project coordination.
Because we’re a small, collaborative team, this role touches every phase of the process — from concepting and presentations to site visits, sourcing, vendor coordination, and client communication. We value people who are curious, detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and genuinely kind to work with.
What You’ll Do
• Support hospitality and spa projects from concept through installation
• Produce and manage detailed AutoCAD drawing sets, including space plans, finish plans, millwork details, elevations, and construction documentation
• Create client presentations, material palettes, and pricing proposals
• Source and specify finishes, fixtures, hardware, and furnishings
• Visit job sites, coordinate with contractors and trades, and help maintain design intent throughout construction
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and vendor orders for accuracy
• Assist with procurement, purchasing, and project scheduling
• Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal team members
What We’re Looking For
• 4–7 years of experience in interior design, design-build, hospitality, construction, or a related field
• Strong AutoCAD and construction documentation skills
• Experience managing design development and construction timelines
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and resourceful
• Comfortable communicating with clients and trades in fast-paced environments
• A collaborative mindset and calm, professional presence
• Experience with Studio Designer is a BIG plus
• Familiarity with Canva and presentation tools preferred
Position Details
• Full-time | 30–40 hours per week
• Compensation based on experience
• Hybrid schedule available
• Must be able to work from our Las Vegas office at least 2 days per week
