Lead interior design assignments that include conceptional design, schematic design and design development. Oversee production of all custom furnishings, manage relevant manufactures and insure timely delivery of product for installation. Successful candidates need to be familiar with budgeting, scheduling, vendor and client correspondence, selections/specifications of furniture, hardware, plumbing, lighting and finish materials.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an interior design role
Strong leadership and attention to details
Excellent written and oral communication
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
Proficient in Auto Cad and Adobe Suites
