About our Company

The Interior Arts Building is a destination design building situated in the heart of the Upper East Side design district. Built in 1901, the building houses leading galleries, antique and furniture dealers, and design businesses that each offer an experienced, curated eye. With a bespoke approach, the building attracts likeminded tenants, designers, and clients who value a dedication to the highest quality in luxury.

Located on the Interior Arts Building's ground floor, the IAB Arcade provides top-tier interior brands and antique dealers the opportunity to live amongst legends. The Arcade features 10 booths or vignettes, to be leased individually by high-end brands, vendors, and dealers, providing them with the opportunity to have a footprint in New York’s premier boutique design building. Dealers will tap into the community and clientele of the industry’s very best as well as leverage the collective strength of multiple top dealers in a shared space, driving traffic, awareness, and sales results. The format of the “booths” or “stalls” is a familiar model within the design industry, similar to The Winter Show in New York, Antiques & Artisan in Stamford, CT, or The Gallery at 200 Lex.
