GRISORO studio is seeking a motivated, skilled and detail-oriented part-time bookkeeper. This team member’s primary role will be supporting our VP of Finance as a bookkeeper. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a strong aptitude for numbers, is tech-savvy, and has a positive, kind and collaborative attitude that we maintain as a cornerstone of our business. Please note, this is a remote, part-time 1099 contractor position with a flexible schedule ranging from 10–20 hours per week, and with potential for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Credit card and bank transaction posting and reconciliation
- Purchase invoicing
- Dues and subscription management
- Expense entry and reimbursable expense management
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping or finance experience within the Interior Design industry
- Strong proficiency in Studio Designer software required
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours preferred
