American Leather’s newest looks are an homage to early-20th-century design. Newcomers from the Dallas-based brand’s fall collection include the Brazilian modernist Pira chair—one of the first designs from new creative director Lance Trachier—the architectural Brooklyn sofa; and Bronte, a camel-curved trundle sleeper offered in hundreds of upholstery styles, ranging from leathers to performance fabrics.

At its New York townhouse showroom, The Future Perfect unveiled the forward-thinking “Basic Instinct” exhibition by Brooklyn studio Chen Chen & Kai Williams. The installation, on view through January 2026, features more than 20 handmade whimsical designs, including the blossoming Stone Rose lights; the mixed wood–accented Geo cupboard; and Modern Forestry, a lacquer-buffed chair forged from a fallen maple tree.

General Assembly’s Izra rug in Forget Me Not by Salam Hello Amira Azzouzi

General Assembly added a dreamy lilac-tinted colorway into its Izra line by Salam Hello. Handwoven from wool by generational artisans in Morocco’s Middle Atlas Mountains, the collection is now offered in six rich plant-pigmented colorways, including the lavender Forget Me Not, the burgundy Poppy, the olive green Alfalfa, the saffron Yellow Pomegranate, the neutral Natural and the dark blue Indigo.

Marta de la Rica’s Of Marble and Metal is a lesson in materiality. The meticulously crafted collection marks the first from the Spanish designer’s new handmade series The Lab, and spans 14 fantastical metal and stone pieces, including the aluminum Lune chair with its crescent-shaped backrest; the marble-and-opaline-glass Crystal Ball lamp; and the monolithic, two-toned travertine Lazy Susan dining table, a pedestal-style wonder with a fluted base and a circular top that gently turns.

Casa Branca’s latest collection, New Classics, reimagines a medley of traditional patterns as of-the-moment textiles. In addition to the paisley Srinagar Stripe fabric and the trompe l’oeil Trellina paper, eye-catchers include the twill linen Branca Ticking upholstery and Lodi, a block-printed botanical wallcovering cast on a sisal textured paperweave.

Rejoice! Brown Jordan rolled out its very first line of outdoor-ready rugs. Made from 100 percent solution-dyed polypropylene—with color locked into the fiber for added UV and fade resistance—the densely woven collection offers 11 versatile styles in an assortment of sizes and hues, including the herringbone Crest, the striated Nexus, the banded Noble, the flatweave Bay and the geometric Maris.

Charlotte, North Carolina, designer Alexis Warren debuted Warren Textiles, her namesake collection of fabrics and wallcoverings. The delightful 52-SKU drop offers everything from ditsy florals to vintage-esque cotton-linens and striped styles, with highlights such as the pastel-toned Beverly Pink wallpaper and the undulating Evelyn Blue fabric.

Salon Art + Design 2025 kicked off yesterday with an array of highly collectible creations. Noteworthy launches from the fair, on display through November 10 at the Park Avenue Armory, include Virginia Harper’s fabric-and-metal woven screens at the event’s entryway; Molly Hatch’s “Power” installation of hand-painted and gold-leafed plates at Todd Merrill Studio; Mia Jung’s moon-like Cloud mirror at Charles Burnand Gallery; and a version of Pool Studio’s stunning free-form Achille chair for Theoreme Editions that rests against a green onyx cube.

Robern dropped the storage-savvy Presence collection, its latest line of sophisticated medicine cabinets. The frameless design comes in four chic shapes, including arched, rounded, rectangular and pill; and boasts integrated LED lighting, USB ports, electrical outlets and an interior-lit magnification mirror.

Japanese homewares brand Kinto launched Futo, its first-ever line of fabric goods. Standouts from the 54-piece collection include a handwoven, pure linen kitchen cloth; a full-length apron with two spacious front pockets; and a plush, cotton-padded pot holder adorned in a graphic cross-stitch pattern.

Boyd Lighting debuted a duo of dazzling new pendants named Stealth and Lucia. Available in multiple lengths and finishes through Dennis Miller New York’s 200 Lex showroom, the former showcases a slender aluminum frame and soft angled corners, while the latter boasts a sleek linear profile rendered in bronze.

Radnor founder Susan Clark designed two new exclusive lines for Design Within Reach. The first, Contra, features a sectional, sofa, chair and ottoman with solid wood bases and exposed joinery. The second, Pinna, offers a pair of sculptural, marble-topped tables inspired by the structure of plant leaves.
