DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE
The Venus Williams–founded design firm V Starr Interiors has added three new faces to its West Palm Beach team this month. Assel Nussubaliyeva will oversee the projects and coordinate with development consultants as a newly appointed project manager. And Carla Orlandi and Andrew Alden have been named to interior designer and junior interior designer, respectively.
Architecture and design firm Harrison Design has announced the appointment of three new West Coast principals: Anthony Grumbine, Barbara Lowenthal and Andrew Tullis have been promoted to oversee the firm’s Santa Barbara and Los Angeles operations. The trio joins current Harrison Design principals Jesse Harrison and Tony Spann.
Culver City, California’s R&A Architecture + Design has named Lisa Pauli as senior designer and manager. Pauli brings more than 10 years of experience in residential design and urban development to the position, having previously held positions at Gensler and with Maya Lin.
Architecture firm Wilson Associates has promoted two members in its Singapore office. Aldwin Ong has been promoted from associate principal to principal, and Jason Tan has been appointed to regional director of operations. Both have risen in the company’s ranks, with Ong in his sixth year and Tan in his seventh.

Lisa O’Leary recently joined the team at Hello PR Group. She’ll be managing the accounts for Patrick Sutton, Brendan Ravenhill Studio, Ike Kligerman Barkley, Bend Goods and more.
Theodore Alexander has expanded its U.S. marketing department with the addition of Erica Breazeale as director of marketing. Breazeale, who brings 20-plus years of experience from Currey & Company, Oldcastle Architectural and more, will be in charge of executing compelling marketing campaigns focused on raising awareness and demand of Theodore Alexander.
Creative consultant Roxanne Hanna has partnered with design-minded software developer Fuigo as the new membership director. Hanna brings close to 20 years of industry experience and trusted relationships.
Sharp Communications Inc. has named Meryl Steene as senior account executive. Joining the firm’s Arts & Culture and Home Design Groups, Steene will be working with clients TEFAF, Benjamin Moore and Adrian Sassoon.
MANUFACTURING, RETAIL & SALES
Luxe Interiors + Design has named Katie Brockman chief revenue officer and group publisher, a role she will assume in September. Previously the associate publisher at Veranda, Brockman will now be responsible for implementing new marketing and sponsor programs and overseeing development of the brand’s national and regional businesses.
Premier bath manufacturer GRAFF has welcomed Justin Berkowsky as regional sales manager. In his new role, Berkowsky will manage sales and build brand awareness in the central region of the U.S.
Theodore Alexander has expanded its executive team with several new appointments. Having served as the vice president of sales since 2013, Neill Robinson is now being promoted to president of the U.S. division. Steven Avitable has been named vice president of the designer division, a newly created position that will oversee the strategic development of designer-specific products and services.
NeoCon has welcomed Madeleine Tullier as the trade show’s new sales director. Having worked more than 10 years at the Merchandise Mart, Tullier will continue to manage the sales efforts for Casual Market Chicago, as well as NeoCon and NeoCon East.
Forty One Madison has announced that Laurie Burns, director of the New York Merchandise Mart at Forty One Madison and senior vice president of Rudin Management Company, will be stepping down after nine years in the position. Burns describes the move as bittersweet and a chance for her “to take on new career challenges.”
