Coastal Living is bringing its annual Showhouse to Bridgehampton, New York. Now in its 33rd year, the Showhouse will be the first ever to be built in the Hamptons. The 6,800-square-foot house will have six bedrooms, a tennis court, a gym, and a pool and pool house. It will feature interior design by Meg Braff. The architect for the project is Fred Throo Architect, and the builder is Touch of Grey.
Coastal Living group publisher Greg Schumann said, “We’re thrilled to bring the award-winning Showhouse franchise to one of the most sought-after real estate markets in the country. Always popular with our readers, the Showhouse is an amazing way for us to showcase some of the most exciting new trends, ideas and products in coastal home decor and design that really speak to what our brand is all about.”
Currently, there are nine sponsors, whose products will be included within the home: AZEK Building Products, Belgard, Circa Lighting, Delta Faucet, InSinkErator, Lee Industries, Marvin Windows and Doors, Maui Jim and VELUX. InSinkErator and Maui Jim are first-time sponsors.
From February 8 to March 22, readers can vote for sponsor products and can enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win a trip to the Hamptons, an invitation to the Showhouse premiere party and a meet-and-greet with designer Braff and Coastal Living editor Steele Marcoux.
“Every year, our beautifully designed and stylishly decorated Showhouses bring fresh ideas and inspiration to our readers, and I can’t wait for this year’s debut,” said Marcoux. “With the talented team and idyllic location set for 2016, I’m confident that our Bridgehampton home will be among our best.”
The 2016 Showhouse will be featured in the September issue of Coastal Living, on newsstands August 12, and will be open for public tours in June. Learn more.
