KREISS is seeking an industry experienced professional with a proven track record in sales and a passion for design to join the team at our flagship showroom. The Showroom Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales, enhancing customer relationships, fostering a collaborative team environment, and overseeing day-to-day operations of the store. This role has a strong emphasis in selling and hitting personal sales targets. This is a full-time position located in our West Hollywood, CA location.
Sales and Business Development
- Meet and exceed ambitious personal sales targets while motivating the team to achieve collective goals
- Implement effective sales strategies and practice proactive client outreach and rigorous follow up
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the role, cultivating new business opportunities through industry networking and market analysis
Design and Product Expertise
- Guide clients through the entire design process, from initial consultation to final installation, including site visits as needed
- Provide design expertise in space planning and material selection
- Leverage extensive knowledge of Kreiss products, including current collections and legacy products to create compelling design presentations
- Convert design consultations into six-figure sales
Customer Experience
- Create an exceptional, personalized in-store experience for clients and designers
- Cultivate long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients to encourage repeat business
- Represent Kreiss's commitment to quality and high standards in all interactions
Merchandising and Operations
- Lead by example in maintaining high-quality furniture displays and a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom
- Manage daily operations, staffing schedules, and team performance
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture
Our compensation package for top performing sales associates is highly lucrative.
- 7+ years of sales management experience, preferably in luxury furniture or home décor
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Deep understanding of high-end interior design market
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems
- Space planning skills; AutoCAD or SketchUp proficiency preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Work full time in-office, this is not a remote position
