Nicole Fuller Interiors NYC office is seeking a talented Junior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury interior design and proven experience in delivering exceptional projects within the private residential, multi-family & commercial sector.
• Collaborate with Nicole, senior designers, vendors, sub-contractors & clients to develop innovative interior design concepts for luxury residential & commercial projects.
• Contribute to the development of interior design schemes from concept through to completion, ensuring designs are aligned with project goals & client expectations. Maintain clear and organized records of correspondence and meetings.
• Produce detailed drawings, develop 3D models and renderings using SketchUp and Enscape. Create and update technical drawings in AutoCAD.
• Select and develop fabric and furniture specifications.
• Source and document all finishes and FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment).
Qualifications& Skills:
• 2-3 years of experience in an architecture or interior design studio.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Studio Designer.
• Strong hand-sketching skills and an art background preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of fabrics, upholstery, and high-end design materials a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and craftsmanship.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as a team
player
Salary Range: $65K-$75K
