The ideal candidate will possess strong design instincts, effective project management abilities, and the capacity to excel under tight deadlines while consistently striving for excellence.
1. Take the lead in every project, overseeing the entire process from conception to completion, as you create environments that reflect IBD's distinctive aesthetic while harmonizing client aspirations with precise execution.
2. Focus on the finer points by developing detailed space plans, budgets, schedules, and construction documentation, ensuring a seamless progression for each project. Your organizational skills and financial acumen will enable you to manage time and resources with precision.
3 Candidates with 5-7 years of work experience, will be required to conduct site visits to collaborate with vendors, contractors, and clients, as well as manage client presentations and oversee construction projects and sites.
4 Realize our signature vision by designing custom millwork, window treatments, furniture, and flooring, as well as sourcing essential
elements like hardware, plumbing fixtures, and tiles. Our design drawing sets, created in AutoCAD, will bring these concepts to fruition.
5. Take charge of project management by coordinating tasks, meetings, and timelines, ensuring that all team members, including vendors and builders, remain aligned and on schedule.
