We are a leading luxury carpet showroom specializing in custom floor coverings. We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate with 3-5 years of experience, working directly for the trade. We serve the top interior designers, architects, working on premier residential and hospitality projects. We offer a complete product line, expert guidance, and white-glove service. We are looking for someone who is deeply service-minded, highly organized, and comfortable working within the expectations of a luxury design environment.

Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for designers and architects visiting the showroom
-Provide tailored support through every phase of the design and purchasing process
-Prepare quotes and coordinate with internal teams on order processing and logistics
-Follow up consistently and manage timelines to ensure a seamless client experience
-Maintain a polished showroom environment
-Participate in trade events, industry outreach, and brand initiatives as needed
-Ability to travel

Qualifications:
-3-5 years min experience working directly with trade
-Experience in luxury interior design, showroom sales, or a related industry (rug/carpet knowledge preferred)
-A strong working knowledge of materials, textures, and custom design processes
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Confidence interacting with high-end clients and design professionals
-Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
